fix this 404 error
when i go here:
http://censusreporter.org/compare/16000US2507000/860/table/?release=acs2012_1yr&table=B27016
i see no numbers, no actual data. I then click "Map" and end up on a 404 error page.

This URL is obsolete. We now show a (slightly) more informative error message when accessing its equivalent.

This URL is obsolete. However, the current equivalent, http://censusreporter.org/data/table/?table=B27016&geo_ids=16000US2507000,860|16000US2507000&primary_geo_id=16000US2507000 also errors.
We don't report the answer very clearly because we haven't figured out how to tailor errors to all of the 1000+ tables in the ACS, but in this case, it's because there isn't any B27016 data in the 5-year ACS (the health insurance questions are relatively new), and there aren't any ZCTAs (summary level 860) in the ACS-1 year or ACS-3 year data for this table
