Less need for requesting bulk data from Census Reporter

Since Census Reporter was developed, the US Census Bureau has changed how they provide bulk data. It is now available on a per-table basis, which makes it much easier for people to fetch for themselves than when we started.

ZIP Code data is only in the ACS 5-year release. You can find all of the per-table files from the 5-year release here:

They are "pipe-delimited" (|) The first column is "geoIDs". ZCTA geoIDs begin with "860"
